Full renovation of a 3,000 m² nursing home in Lyon. Fit-out and delivery of 12 NORMAL retail stores.

Comprehensive refurbishment of our first IBIS Hotel, including 83 guest rooms, reception, lobby, and restaurant room.
Delivery of 18 NORMAL retail stores.

Launch of a nationwide rollout for the NORMAL brand.
Completion of a 2,500 m² flagship store for JD SPORTS on Rue de Rivoli, Paris.

Creation of ARTEA, a company specialized in banking and retail fit-out works, based in Hénin-Beaumont.

Artea works in partnership with a design office specializing in banking and retail architecture, as well as scenography.
